Kirkya Terms & Conditions – Please read this before using our services

1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of Kirkya (kirkya.vu). By creating an account, making a deposit, playing games, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Please read these terms carefully. If any part is unclear, contact our support team before creating an account. Kirkya wants every member to use the platform with full awareness.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To register on Kirkya, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 Years is required.
• You must open your account voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Online betting and casino games must be permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You must be capable of making decisions with sound judgement.
• You must not have been previously banned from Kirkya.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual is only allowed One Account You may only open one account. If a single individual is found to have created multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Keep your account information up to date if any details change.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Kirkya reserves the right to verify any account at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Kirkya supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, bank transfer, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency.

Deposit Terms:

• Each payment method has a minimum deposit amount — limits vary by method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are only available to KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Kirkya does not charge any withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Kirkya offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• After claiming a bonus, a specific Rollover Requirements must be met.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirement is completed.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once or across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Kirkya reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus may only be used on designated games or sections.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

There are some basic rules that apply to Sports Betting and casino games on Kirkya:

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kirkya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Kirkya will not be held liable for any bets lost due to network issues during live betting.
• All casino games on Kirkya are RNG certified. Results are random and cannot be altered.
• Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.

Kirkya's betting odds are set in line with the market and are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is placed are final.

7. Security & KYC Verification

Kirkya reserves the right to verify the identity and payment details of any member. This is part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

What is typically required for KYC:

• A clear photo of your national ID or passport.
• A photo of your ID along with a selfie.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

KYC only needs to be completed once, though Kirkya reserves the right to request re-verification when necessary.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kirkya. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming the same bonus more than once.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or weakness in the platform for personal gain.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
• Abusive behaviour toward other members or staff.

9. Responsible Gaming

Kirkya is firmly committed to responsible betting. Betting is meant for entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income.

Kirkya provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own limits on how much you can bet within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account.
• Reality Check: Alerts for scheduled breaks.

If a member shows signs of problem gambling, Kirkya may impose limits or suspend the account on its own initiative.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Kirkya may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You can also request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure (exceptions may apply in cases of terms violations).

11. Changes to Rules & Regulations

Kirkya reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of major changes in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of Kirkya after any changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
